Full Time Event staff and Equipment Loader.
Phantom Entertainment is looking for an all purpose employee for a full time position that has a schedule that changes every week but guaranteed 40 hours or more of work per week. This position requires you to frequently work Saturdays, in addition to the weekday work that would be scheduled. This job would be a combination of loading and unloading for events as well as staffing events at customer's locations.

We are looking for that special person that understands and can accept the strange weekly schedules that we have. For the most part, this position will be assigned various events throughout the week and weekend. Daily start times will change every day. One day the start time might be 3pm. Another day the start time might be 6am. Event days are typically about 10 hour days. To fill in hours, we would have this individual work in our warehouse assisting our warehouse lead in loading and unloading vehicles. Additional warehouse work might be cleaning our rides and inflatables. This would require manual labor and possible heavy lifting.
Duties include:
*Must have good verbal communication skills for customer service. This position requires some heavy lifting or moving with dollies and hand trucks of equipment from vehicle to specific event location. It also requires travel by vehicle, equipment set-up, equipment operation, equipment teardown, and standing for several hours.
*Requires flexible hours that will include most Saturdays, weekdays, and occasional holidays
*This position requires a flexible multitasking individual
*Operate electric forklift
*Loading and un-loading of all Phantom vehicles at our warehouse and event locations
If you are mechanically inclined we might also ask you to do the following:
*Some repair and maintenance of equipment
*Vehicle/trailer maintenance and repair
Now here are the minimum requirements to apply for this job:
Must have valid PA driver’s license with minimum 5 year clean driving record. (This means no suspensions for any reason or excessive speeding tickets). You would have to allow us to run an MVR before employment could be confirmed. You must pass a drug test.
Must have own, personal, reliable transportation to Carlisle, PA office. Being dropped off is not considered reliable transportation.
Our insurance company requires any individual who would drive our company vehicles to be a minimum age of 21. Older is better. Must have the ability to drive large 18' box trucks and drive vehicles with trailers attached.
Must have the ability to use a computer , send and receive emails.
After 90 day probationary period, benefits are available such as healthcare, vision, retirement, vacation/PTO time, holiday pay.
This job requires long hours of standing and lifting of at least 75 lbs and the ability to move heavy equipment with hand trucks and dollies. All of our locations are non-smoking, therefore you will need to be a non-smoker as well.
It would be mandatory for you to do one paid day in the warehouse and one paid day at an event to be considered for this position.
